This site is served over HTTPS. Payments run through Stripe’s hosted checkout — card data never touches our systems.
What we will never ask for
CSVs and forms only — never passwords, seed phrases, or API keys. If a client offers them, we refuse and re-request CSV exports. That refusal is a designed intake behavior, not an oversight.
Data handling
Intake documents are used only for your engagement, held in private storage with one file set per account/wallet, and accessed only through authenticated routes. Access is limited to the people delivering your work. Working copies are deleted 30 days after delivery, with the deletion logged.
Accounts
BasisBridge engagements are coordinated through your account and by email; we never ask for your passwords to third-party services.
