What we collect
We collect the information you send us: intake-form answers, documents you share for your engagement, and email correspondence. We do not buy data, and BasisBridge does not track you across other sites.
How we use it
Your information is used only to deliver the service you bought, to communicate with you about it, and to meet legal obligations.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service (such as Stripe and our email provider), or when the law requires it.
Retention & your rights
Working copies of client files are deleted 30 days after delivery, with the deletion logged. We keep engagement records while your account is active and as long as needed for tax and legal records. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal information at any time.
